Fillet of Sole with Cream of Shrimp

Quick and easy. I used sole but I imagine any white meat fish will be just as good.

Ingredients [ View Metric ]

8 ounces Sole fillets
1/2 cup All purpose flour
1/2 tablespoon Salt to taste
1/2 tablespoon Garlic powder to taste
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
2 tblspoons peanut oil
1 can (10 oz) Campbells Cream of Shrimp
1/4 cup Water

Preparation - Fillet of Sole with Cream of Shrimp

Mix Flour, Salt and Pepper in a plate

Heat oil in a large frying pan

Dredge fillets in seasoned flour and fry over medium-high heat in frying pan for about 4 minutes or until golden on both sides turning once .

Reduce heat to medium-low, pour Cream of Shrimp over fish fillets, mix in 1/4 cup of water, cover and cook for about 10 minutes or until soup has reduced and thickened.
