Okay, so I found a trick to trip the sweet flavor up just a bit - if you are really not up for the so very sweet flavor - add a few drops of lemon juice to the mix - PERFECT not so sweet flavor really fantastic!

I normally don't re-rate my recipes when adding a comment but tonight I added some sriracha (chili/garlic sauce) to this to add heat. WOW! It hits you up front with a sweet and then ends on the back of your pallet with heat. LOVED IT!
