Great Oatmeal Cookies

If oatmeal is good for them in a bowl it's good for them in a cookie.
"I like this recipe very much. The butter really makes it great. I don't blend the oats at all, I prefer the chewy texture of the oats in the cookies. Good job." - paulwilkeYield: 4 Ready in 1 hours

PEGGY'S NOTES: Make cookies in smaller balls. Bake at 325' for about 10 minutes. Half batch makes about 6 dozen cookies. I skip the hershey bar and add 1-2 cups of chopped nuts. PCR- 02/05
