Chick Pea Salad
A great use for garbanzo beans. Garlic lovers will enjoy this one!
"I have this same recipe that I make often, except it's a tad different.
It doesn't contain green onions, but yellow onions, and the recipe asks for green peppers.
It also asks for lemon juice and allspice."

Ingredients
| bunchGreen onions; chopped |
| 1 16-oz canGarbanzo beans; drained |
| 2 largeTomatoes; chopped |
| 3 clovesGarlic; pressed |
| 1 teaspoonSalt |
| 1/2 teaspoonPepper |
| 1/4 cupolive oil |
| 3 tablespoonsCider vinegar |
Chick Pea Salad Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in bowl.
Let sit, covered, for 1/2 hour.
Spoon over leaf lettuce in bowl.
NOTE: Be sure to remove the pressed garlic cloves before serving!
