Cook spinach according to directions, drain very well. Saute onion in butter til tender. Add cream cheese and stire until melted. Add spinach,
parmesan cheese,, and pepper. Cook several minutes more. Stir til well
blended. Placed in greased casserole dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

darly246 6 years agoThe taste was ok at best, but the texture I was hoping for wasn't. Maybe it was me.If I receive some type of advice I might make it again.
swibirun 6 years agoAnother variation is to divide the mixture into individual serving sized ramekins, just watch the bake time, it may take slightly less time.
