Original recipe makes 10
8 ozCream cheese
1 11-oz canCream of shrimp soup
1 cupMayonnaise
1/2 cupOnion; diced
1/2 cupCelery; diced
1 6-oz canCrab meat; (up to 8 oz)
2 packageUnflavored gelatin
1/2 cupWarm water
-- cocktail sauce --
1 cupKetchup
2 tablespoonHorseradish; or less to taste

Crab mold Preparation

Melt cream cheese in a saucepan, add soup. Stir until smoothe. Add mayonnaise, onion,

celery and crab; dissolve gelatin in water,and add to mixture. Chill in a buttered mold until set.

For easier removal, put mold in hot water for a few seconds.

Combine ketchup and horseradish and pour over the top of mold just before serving w/ crackers.
