Original recipe makes 6
5 Eggs
1 packageCream cheese; cut into 8 pieces
3/4 cCream
1/4 cGrand Marnier liqueur
1/2 cSugar
RASPBERRY CREME FRAI
1/3 cCream
1/3 cSour cream
1 tbGrand Marnier liqueur
2 tsSugar
1/4 cupRaspberries; fresh or frozen

2-Minute Souffle au Grand Marier with Raspberry Creme Fraiche Preparation

In a food processor, place all ingredients and blend for 2 minutes. Pour mixture into a 1 quart souffle dish that has been buttered and dusted lightly with sugar. (Can be held in the refrigerator at this point.)

Bake in a 375 degree F. oven for about 50 minutes to 1 hour or until top is crowned and golden. Serve immediatly with a spoonful of Raspberry Creme Fraiche or lightly whipped cream.

Raspberry Creme Fraiche: Earlier in the day, stir together all the ingredients until blended. Store in the refrigerator intil serving time. Yield is about 3/4 cup sauce.

Notes

Remove from the refrigerator 10 minutes before baking.

Serve at once or souffle will fall.
