Original recipe makes 8
1 cupWater
2 poundsLean ground beef
6 1/4 ouncesStove-top stuffing mix; any variety
2 Eggs; beaten
Barbecue sauce; divided

Easy Pleasing Meatloaf Preparation

Mix water and all ingredients except 1/4 C. of the barbecue sauce.

Shape meat mixture into oval loaf in 13"x9" baking dish; top with remaining 1/4 cup barbecue sauce.

Bake at 375 degrees F. for 1 hour or until center is no longer pink.

Notes

I often make a half recipe or make the whole recipe and shape and freeze half in a loaf pan to use at a later date. Add a few minutes to the baking time when cooking from frozen.

THis was very easy to make. I will make this again it is a keeper. I altered it some what and added 1 package of lipton vegetable dry soup mix. My husband couldn't get over how good it was. I really enjoy cooking and am always looking for new recipes to make.
