Dartgunn , 3 months agoI just didn't add the sugar and it was fine. Sweetened condensed milk has an insane amount of sugar anyway. This was good and folks seemed to like it, but I'm going to keep searching for my dream cheesecake recipe. This tasted too bland to me and wasn't dense enough for my taste.
