Coffee Creme Brulee Preparation
Put the yokes in a bowl and add the sugar. Mix. Add the Cream, the coffee and the vanilla essence. Mix until the sugar is completly absorbed.
Pour into 6 little earthware pots. Put the pots into a pyrex dish half full of water. Bake them in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees celsius
