Grandma Orlando's Meatballs

"I left out the Meatloaf Mix, Grated Parmesan Cheese and only used 1 egg as well as a very small onion finely diced and pan fried them. Great recipe that I will be making again." - daylightsun

Meatballs          
Original recipe makes 18
1 packageMeatloaf Mix
1 1/2 poundsGround beef
1 cloveGarlic
Parsley
Salt
Pepper
2 Eggs
Grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cupBread crumbs; to each lb meat

Meatballs Preparation

Blend ingredients together

Form small balls

Brown in frying pan or Bake in 350-375 for 1 hour turning every 30 minutes or until brown

only thing i was not happy with was there were no indtructions on the amount of salt, pepper, parsley, and parmesan cheese. some poeple who are just learning how to cook dont have good judgement on how much or little to use...other then that it was good and ill be making then again

I used Gound turkey instead of beef...still very good. I had let them set in the fridge and let the seasoning marinate
