An easy, satisfying chowder that is "lip-smacking" good.
"NOTE: I had leftover Christmas ham that I used.Also used leftover cheesy potato casseole for the potatoes and some leftover fresh creamed corn. I also cooked the celery and onion in the microwave instead of the stovetop. So, as you can see, this is a versitile recipe. Go ahead.....experiment and enjoy." - crittermom17

Potato Corn Chowder Preparation
Cook ham, celery and onion in butter in large saucepan until vegetables are tender.
Add cheese soup, milk, potatoes and corn. Simmer 5 min. over low heat until heated through, stirring occasionally.
