2 largehaddock filets
1 cupbutter
1 tspgarlic powder

Broiled Haddock Filets Preparation

Preheat broiler.

Line broiler pan with foil and spray lightly with cooking spray.

Lay filets on broiler pan. Mix melted butter and garlic powder in a small bowl. Brush filets with the butter.

Broil for 5 minutes, and baste. Turn when filets begin to slightly brown and baste. Broil another five minutes, baste, and then allow filets to broil until very lightly browned.

Notes

This amazing fish is delicious served with butter and herb rice and a spinach salad!
