Ready in 30 minutes
An easy way to please a meat and potatoes fan. You can make the crispy, flavourful pork chops without the gravy for a slight less fat aproach.
"I loved it my daughter loved it and shes a picky eater we had it with broccoli and cheese and mashed potatoes very good and i will make this again first time i everade gravy and it turned out amazing but i did also add extra milk i will share this with my friends =)"- nikkiloveskenny1109

1. Heat oil in skillet, on medium high heat. Place pork chops in pan, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic salt / powder. Brown on both sides, aprox 5 min. per side. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer on low heat, aprox. 15 min.
2. Remove pork chops to plate. Stir in flour to skillet, add milk; stir up brown bits, and let the sauce thicken to gravy.
3. Serve with mashed potatoes, apple sauce, rolls, and salad.

nicolegory 1 weeks agoEasy and delicious. Took the others advice and added more milk. Also added some parsley, paprika, and some other extra seasoning in the flour and dredged the pork in it before frying.

monicajackson 1 year agoThis was delicious! I used boneless chops and I also dipped the whole chops in the gravy! Sooo moist! I also added a few more seasons like parsley and season salt. Whole family loved!

april_mel 2 years agoYummy Monday night dinner for two which was very easy to make. Instead of bone in chops I used boneless and served them with steamed rice. I will definitely keep this recipe on hand for the near future.
Cjshort98 2 years agoWow! So easy and my family loved it! Will def add this to my menu of must makes again. I did add salt and pepper to the flour mix before I added milk as suggested in a review below. Thanks for sharing!
Love7721 2 years agoMade this last night. Hubby loved it. Needed a lot more milk to thin it out a lil. Maybe about 1 1/2 or 2 cups instead of just 1. Definitely need S&P in the gravy for flavoring.
Paintpuddles 2 years agoGreat weeknight meal to make after working a long day. Fast, easy & no special ingredients needed. I did season the cream gravy with salt & pepper and needed to add a bit more milk to thin the gravy down a bit more.

sheris 7 years agoVery easy to make and they came out perfect the first time. The gravy was nice and creamy but does require salt and pepper to taste. Quick to cook and a great weeknight meal.
