CB's SouthWestern Style Tater Tot Casserole

Recipes »  Main Dish  »  Casseroles

Mexican flare to traditional tater tot casserole. Great for potlucks. Very easy to make.

"I use this recipe as a base. I was looking for something quick that I could make with what I already had in my kitchen and this fit the bill. I had to tweak it a bit. I used cream of mushroom soup and just spiced up the meat with chili powder, onion powder and cayenne powder and I used a drained can of chopped tomatoes instead if fresh. It was really good. The tomatoes gave it a nice change to the usual casserole. Thanks!" - Mrsswill
