1/4 cupWhite wine vinegar
1/2 cupCorn oil
6 tablespoonParmesan cheese; grated
2 clovesGarlic; minced
2 tablespoonsFresh Parsley; finely chopped
2 tablespoonsGreen onion; finely chopped
4 slicesBacon; crumbled
16 ouncesSpinach

Spinach Salad Preparation

Whisk first seven ingredients in jar. Store until serving.

Add to spinach just before serving
