Chicken Parmesan for Two

Recipes »  Main Dish  »  Poultry - Chicken

Cooking for two? This is as easy as it gets and tasty too!

"I thought it would be a good idea to sear each side of the chicken in a pan after dipping in the cheese mixture but it wasn't. Bits of the mixture fell off, began burning, even when I added oil, and I smoked up the kitchen. I tried again in another pan with one thin piece and it cooked through and was crispy and tasty. The oven ones were also delicious but not crispy. Besides the smoke issue I really liked the recipe as written!" - Psrmiami

Delicious! I would double the recipe and next time not use tin foil, as it stuck.

Absolutely fantastic. I did add fresh pressed garlic as my wife and I are on a garlic diet. You don't lose any weight, but you DO look thinner from a distance. Seriously? A definite keeper.
