This delicious salad started out life as a salsa recipe from epicurious.com and has morphed into one of our favourite salads. We always have it with Grilled Cumin Chicken.

Instead of salt I do garlic salt, and it is so fresh and wonderful!

Love this salad! I had to make it from memory tonight, since my Internet service was down. The only thing I got wrong was the lime juice. I used a simple vinaigrette of basil-infused olive oil and red wine vinegar. Tomato and avocado are a sure-fire, no-miss combination! I'm going to make it all summer long.
