The grated carrot, the oats and the celery go so well into this meatloaf full of wonderful flavors!

1.- Lightly grease a baking dish of 7in x 11 in with the olive oil and place the slices of ham in it.
2.- In a bowl mix all the rest of the ingredients except for the cheeses (take out all the milk of the bread before you mix it with all the ingredients).
3.- Put the meat mixture on top of the ham and bake for 50 minutes at 200 C (400 F).
4.- Take out the meat loaf and sprinkle with the grated cheeses, then return to the oven for another 10 minutes.

Nanca 6 years agoI would love to try this recipe if all the ingredients were plainly listed. Is that 1 kilo of ground beef and what size can of tomato puree? I wish all would please re-read their postings to make sure it was clearly written.
