The grated carrot, the oats and the celery go so well into this meatloaf full of wonderful flavors!

Ingredients
| 1 clovegarlic; finely chopped |
| 1 largeonion; finely chopped |
| 1 cupoats |
| 1 cupbread crumbs |
| 1 loafbread; broken in pieces and submerged in milk |
| 1 egg; lightly beaten |
| 2 mediumcarrots; grated |
| 1 stalkcelery; finely chopped |
| 3 tablespoonsWorcestershire sauce |
| 1 cantomato puree |
| green pepper; finely chopped |
| 3 slicesham; (very thin) |
| 1 cupmozzarella chesse |
| 1 cupparmesan chesse |
| 1 tablespoonolive oil |
| 1 tablespoonsalt |
| ground pepper |
| 3 tablespoonscoriander; finely chopped |
Special Meatloaf Preparation
1.- Lightly grease a baking dish of 7in x 11 in with the olive oil and place the slices of ham in it.
2.- In a bowl mix all the rest of the ingredients except for the cheeses (take out all the milk of the bread before you mix it with all the ingredients).
3.- Put the meat mixture on top of the ham and bake for 50 minutes at 200 C (400 F).
4.- Take out the meat loaf and sprinkle with the grated cheeses, then return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
