The grated carrot, the oats and the celery go so well into this meatloaf full of wonderful flavors!

|1 clovegarlic; finely chopped|
|1 largeonion; finely chopped|
|1 cupbread crumbs|
|1 loafbread; broken in pieces and submerged in milk|
|1 egg; lightly beaten|
|2 mediumcarrots; grated|
|1 stalkcelery; finely chopped|
|3 tablespoonsWorcestershire sauce|
|1 cantomato puree|
|green pepper; finely chopped|
|3 slicesham; (very thin)|
|1 cupmozzarella chesse|
|1 cupparmesan chesse|
|1 tablespoonolive oil|
|3 tablespoonscoriander; finely chopped|
Special Meatloaf Preparation
1.- Lightly grease a baking dish of 7in x 11 in with the olive oil and place the slices of ham in it.
2.- In a bowl mix all the rest of the ingredients except for the cheeses (take out all the milk of the bread before you mix it with all the ingredients).
3.- Put the meat mixture on top of the ham and bake for 50 minutes at 200 C (400 F).
4.- Take out the meat loaf and sprinkle with the grated cheeses, then return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
