| 1/2 cupGreen onion; chopped |
| 1/4 cupCapers |
| 1 tablespoonFresh dill; chopped |
| Fresh ground pepper |
| 1 teaspoonLemon Rind; grated |
| 1 1/2 tablespoonButter |
Baked Salmon with Capers Preparation
Preheat oven to 400F.
Place a large piece of foil on a baking sheet and spray it with non-stick spray. Place the salmon on the foil and grind fresh pepper over it. Sprinkle grated lemon rind on the fish evenly.
Mix onions, capers and dill together and spread over the salmon evenly. Dot with butter then wrap salmon in the foil.
Bake salmon for about 30 minutes.
