Crispy Ranch Oven Fried Chicken Breasts

Simple and delicious!

"Tried this recipe today. Based on some of the other reviews, I opted to soak the chicken in salt water prior to cooking. In addition, I sliced the chicken breasts to allow for better coating. I also added a little garlic powder and black pepper. The coating kept the chicken very moist and it turned out very tasty. E little bites that I ended up with could easily be used as an appetizer with various dips." - Edwards9592

I let the chicken marinate in the ranch and Parmesan in a ziplock bag for half an hour. I didn't have any breadcrumbs or oatmeal, but the chicken tasted great without them. Delicious and easy!

It was very good but I think it would be better if you let the chicken sit in the ranch dressing all day in the frig inside a ziplock bag.

It doesn't get any simpler than this and it tastes good too. My family was hungry so I cooked at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

A good, simple, quick-to-fix main course. Oh, and yummy, too! I use a 1 gallon freezer bag to coat; and adding 1/4 cup of cornmeal helps the dry goods to coat and stick better!

Thank you for this great app! I would love to go pro.....but a yearly rate of 19.99 is too costly. Almost signed on though cause I thought it was 19.99, for the pro version, not yearly! But I thank you for the ad full app, it will suffice!

I sometimes add/substitute instant mashed potatoes for the breadcrumbs. Both of my picky boys love this recipe :)

Super moist chicken. Very easy and cheap. Purchased all ingredients plus sides and brownies for me all for $20. Will be making this on a regular basis.
