| 1 kilogramGround beef |
| 3 tablespoonsfresh coriander |
| 1 mediumonion; finely chopped |
| 1 clovegarlic; finely chopped |
| 1 tomato; chopped |
| 1 bigcarrot; peeled and chopped |
| 1 mediumzucchini; chopped |
| 1/2 cantomato puree |
| 1 teaspoonsalt |
| pepper; to taste |
| 1 packageflour tortillas |
| lettuce; shredded |
| 1 tablespoonolive oil |
Burritos de picadillo Preparation
1.- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and brown the beef. Add the onion and the garlic until soft.
2.- Add the carrot until softer then add the zucchini and the chopped tomato. When this is well combine add the tomato puree, salt and pepper. Sit well and let all the juices combine. Correct seasoning if needed and add the fresh coriander.
3.- In another large skillet heat the tortillas, put the tortilla in a plate and fill it with the picadillo and shredded lettuce and roll it. Serve with rice.
