Bread Machine Pizza Dough

Recipes »  Main Dish  »  Pizza and Calzones

First made in August, 2003. Absolutely the best pizza dough I've ever made. I made calzones for the first time with this. I like to add sugar to the dough or maybe garlic or some other spice for added flavor. Even cheese is great!

"Ingredients were simple and easy. What i would do next time is leave out the cornmeal that was used for dusting. This was a good pizza crust, i actually took string cheese and made a stuffed crust around the edges--yum. I also baked the crust for 5 min and cooled crust before adding all the toppings. Thank you for coming up with a great pizza crust" - teeamarria

Added herbs and a tsp of sugar. Loved it. Used it to make a deep dish.

There is nothing bad I could possibly say about this pizza crust! Excellent texture, easy to roll out, not too sticky. The crust had a nice crunch on the outside and was chewy on the inside. I brushed the crust with olive oil just before baking the pizza. This will go in my 'go to' folder for pizza.
