Suggest a better description*In a large bowl, combine and mix well the condensed milk and water. *Add the pudding mix and beat well. Chill for 5 minutes.
*Fold in the whipping cream. Spoon 1 cup of the pudding mixture into a 2-1/2 qt. round glass serving bowl. Top with 1/3 of the vanilla wafers, bananas and pudding.
*Repeat layering twice, ending with the pudding mixture.
*Chill at least 3 hours. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
Takes 3 hours to properly chill product!~
