| 1 12-oz canSweetened Condensed Milk |
| 1/2 cupKey Lime Juice |
| 3 eachEgg yolks |
| 1 eachPie crust; pre-baked |
Key Lime Pie Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F.
Blend all ingredients and pour into the pre-baked or a graham cracker pie crust.
Bake until toothpick comes out clean...approx. 20 minutes.
Notes
You can substitute reconstituted lemon juice or regular fresh lemons for the key limes if they are unavailable.
