Fancy Green Beans with a little ZING.

| 1 largeLemon |
| 1 tablespoonDijon mustard |
| 2 tablespoonExtra Virgin Olive Oil |
| Garlic; diced |
Tom's Green Beans Preparation
Steam Green Beans until they change color to bright green.
Dice 4-5 cloves of garlic and place then in a preheated pan.
When the garlic releases its aroma (don't let them brown) add the steamed Green Beans to the garlic sauce pan and rotate beans until they are uniformly covered.
For the sauce:
Mix the lemon juice, mustard and olive oil and pour over the green beans.
Toss and serve.
