My brother-in-law has made this recipe for years for every gathering. It's the best dip or spread of this type I have ever had. Really yummy!!
First spread the cream cheese evenly on a platter or plate. Then place a layer of chopped green onion and a layer of chopped green peper, spreading them so each scoop contains sevral of each. Then sprinkle taco seasoning, dry, over the top of these three layers. The next layer is lettuce followed by a rather thick layer of shredded cheese. Lastly, sprinkle a layer of the taco seasoning over the entire thing.
The scooper type of tortillia chips work best with this dip.
