| 1 cupParmesan; shredded |
| 2 tablespoonmilk |
| 2 cupMozzerella cheese; shredded |
| 1 teaspoonGarlic salt |
| 1/8 teaspoonPaprika |
| 1/8 teaspoonParsley |
| 1 12-oz canArtichoke hearts; chopped |
Artichoke Dip Preparation
Drain and finely chop artichoke. Add mayonnaise, parmesan milk, mozzerella and garlic salt. Spread into a pan. ( it's not neccesary to grease or use cooking spray) I usually use a glass pie plate. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley. Bake uncovered at 350 for 25 - 30 minutes. Serve warm. Spread on your favorite cracker.
