8 ouncesCottage Cheese; - low fat
4 ouncesShrimp; - small (50-70/lb)
1 pinchsalt; - to taste
1 pinchBlack pepper; - to taste
1/2 teaspoonCurry powder; - to taste
2 slicesMultigrain bread; - toasted

Egg and Shrimp Salad Sandwiches Preparation

Mix in a bowl and spice with salt, pepper and curry

Can be eaten with an ordinary salad or on whole-grain bread (nicest if it is

well-toasted)

Each (3/4 cup) serving (including one slice of 7-grain toast) contains an estimated:

Cals: 282, FatCals: 90, TotalFat: 10g

SatFat: 3g, PolyFat: 2g, MonoFat: 4g

To lower the carbs, serve this in a lettuce leaf wrap.
