Original recipe makes 4
| 4 Chicken breast; cut in half |
| 3 tablespoonSoy sauce |
| 3 tablespoonTeriyaki sauce |
| 2 tablespoonsSesame seeds |
| 1/4 teaspoonRed pepper flakes; (more or less to taste) |
| 2 Green onion; chopped |
| 2 cloveGarlic; minced |
| 2 tablespoonSesame oil |
| 3 tablespoonsBrown sugar |
| 2 tablespoonsRice wine vinegar |
| 1 tablespoonGinger; crushed |
Amanda's Korean Chicken Preparation
Marinate chicken for 30 minutes or more, grill with veggies or by
itself...yum!
Notes
I always serve with grilled vegetables. Slice Zucchini lengthwise, and use whole mushrooms. Reserve a little marinade to put on veggies before grilling them.
