1 tablespoonOlive Oil; - (EVOO)
1 poundGround turkey
1 cupOnion; chopped
1/2 cupGreen bell pepper
1/2 cupCarrots; - Shredded
1 stalkCelery; - Chopped fine
1/2 cupKetchup; - Low Carb
1/8 cupVinegar; -cider is best
1/2 teaspoonSalt; - to taste
1/2 teaspoonBlack pepper
1 teaspoonChili powder
1/2 teaspoonDry mustard
1 teaspoonWorcestershire Sauce

Sloppy Toms Preparation

Saute turkey in a large pan with the EVOO. Break it up as you turn it until it''''s completely browned. Drain most of the liquid and grease from the pan. Add the onions, pepper, carrots, and celery and saute until tender. Add remaining ingredients and adjust seasonings to taste. Heat through. Serve on multi-grain buns, over brown rice, or roasted cauliflower.

Doubled up on the sauce, and it still wan't very saucy. I'll probably tweak this and develop my own recipe.
