Ingredients

Are you making this? 
1 tablespoon Olive Oil; - (EVOO)
1 pound Ground turkey
1 cup Onion; chopped
1/2 cup Green bell pepper
1/2 cup Carrots; - Shredded
1 stalk Celery; - Chopped fine
1/2 cup Ketchup; - Low Carb
1/8 cup Vinegar; -cider is best
1/2 teaspoon Salt; - to taste
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
1 teaspoon Chili powder
1/2 teaspoon Dry mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

Preparation

Saute turkey in a large pan with the EVOO. Break it up as you turn it until it''''s completely browned. Drain most of the liquid and grease from the pan. Add the onions, pepper, carrots, and celery and saute until tender. Add remaining ingredients and adjust seasonings to taste. Heat through. Serve on multi-grain buns, over brown rice, or roasted cauliflower.

Doubled up on the sauce, and it still wan't very saucy. I'll probably tweak this and develop my own recipe.
