A yummy dessert, but better if served immediately as cookie crust tends to become slightly soggy unless you are able to use fresh strawberries. Also you can change this to suit your taste; leave off blueberries and banana or use just blueberries or other firm fruits. Go ahead, feel free to experiment.

Ingredients

Are you making this? 
1 20-oz package Sugar cookie dough; refrigerated
1 8-oz package Cream cheese; softened
1/3 cup Sugar; or Splenda
1 8-oz tub Cool Whip; strawberry, thawed
2 cups Strawberries; sliced
1 cups Blueberries; (approx.)
1 Banana; sliced

Preparation

Press dough firmly into greased 12 inch pizza pan. Bake at 350 deg. F. 20 min. or until golden brown. Cool in pan on wire rack.

Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with wire whisk or electric mixer on high speed until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping.

Spread cream cheese mixture over crust; top with strawberries, sprinkle blueberries over strawberries and slice banana over blueberries. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

This was Yummy! We used cinnamon whipped cream & fat free cream cheese...and through in some raspberries. So good!
