I used frozen strawberries as the recipe called for. It was so delicious and perfectly moist! A big hit with my family. It made 5 mini loaves for me though. I filled each tin up 3/4 of the way. Served it warm with butter!

I just made bread for the first time and it was delicious. I used whole frozen strawberries and blue berries blended nicely and followed the recipe to the letter. Wow, thank you so much.

Used fresh strawberries coated with flour. Family liked it hot from the oven. Subbed applesauce for oil. Yummy and healthy.

Tried using sliced strawberries, and coating them in cornstarch first to reduce moisture, worked well.

Good stuff!! I tweeked the recipe a bit by using fresh strawberries, adding a cup of blueberries and toasting the pecans. I also baked them in cupcake papers for about 30 minutes. Enjoyed by all, especially the Farmer's Market guy who gave me the fruit!

Very good. I need to adjust the time and temp a little. That may be due to my high altitude. Otherwise a delicious bread.

This recipe was GREAT! It was my first time ever making any sort of bread. It was easy and I had fun! I used fresh strawberries instead of frozen and it was delicious. Next time I am going to try wheat flour,. I'll let you know how it turns out. Keep up the good recipes :)
