Thai Noodles with Chicken

Original recipe makes 6
| 2 cupsChicken breast; sliced in strips |
| 1 canCream of mushroom soup |
| 1/3 cupCreamy peanut butter |
| 2 tablespoonSoy sauce |
| 2 tablespoonBrown sugar; packed |
| 1 tablespoonGarlic; minced |
| 1/3 cupPeanuts; chopped |
| 2 tablespoonLime juice |
| 1/2 teaspoonRed pepper; crushed |
| 2 cupPrepared Coleslaw mix |
| 2 tablespoonCilantro; chopped |
| 1 poundVermicelli pasta |
Thai Noodles with Chicken Preparation
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Saute Chicken strips and garlic. Remove and set aside. Add soup, peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar and red pepper to skillet. Heat to a boil and stir until smooth. Add Chicken and heat through. Remove from heat. Add drained pasta and coleslaw mix. Toss to coat. Garnish with cilantro and peanuts
