Finger Lickin Good Pork Chops

Recipes »  Main Dish  »  Meat - Steaks and Chops

Smothered pork chops prepaired in a casserole or crock pot. Very easy and delish.

"Yummy! I am not a pork eater but my fiance is. When I made this he raved so much about it that I tried some. Let's just say I will be making a larger portion of this next time. I only used one can each of cream of chicken and cream of mushroom both of the low fat low sodium variety. I skipped the dry mustard and instead drenched the chops in liquid kind used for hot dogs and burgers before dipping them in the flour mixture. The gravy turned out nice and thick." - ijackson

Maybe it was the brand of Cream of Chicken soup I used in this (Walmart), but this was horrible. I made the crock pot version.

Used the crockpot and cooked a bit longer than the 10 hours. The sauce ended up being really thick. Will try again and use the oven or stay under the 10 hrs.

This is the ONLY way I like pork chops, not dry at all and the entire family loved them. Immediately added to my favorites!!

I thought these were good except i would rather had the gravy be thicker than how thin it was...my kids and my husband loved it so that's why i would make it again :) any suggestions on how i could make the gravy thicker?? :)

This was VERY good!!! I used only one can of cream of chicken and one can of cream of mushroom and it turned out perfect. I finished it in the crock pot on high for two hours. This was so good and I'll definitely be making again!!

This was very easy. I put a little of my own touch with sauted onions and havey cream instead of milk. My family loved it. A very good dinner on a cold fall night.

Used only cream of mushroom, not chicken soup. Overlooked a bit, but still came out very good, with a rich mushroom flavor.
