Finger Lickin Good Pork Chops
Recipes » Main Dish » Meat - Steaks and Chops
Smothered pork chops prepaired in a casserole or crock pot. Very easy and delish.
"Yummy! I am not a pork eater but my fiance is. When I made this he raved so much about it that I tried some. Let's just say I will be making a larger portion of this next time. I only used one can each of cream of chicken and cream of mushroom both of the low fat low sodium variety. I skipped the dry mustard and instead drenched the chops in liquid kind used for hot dogs and burgers before dipping them in the flour mixture. The gravy turned out nice and thick." - ijacksonYield: 6 Ready in 2 hours, 30 minutes
