jpinvest ,Used only cream of mushroom, not chicken soup. Overlooked a bit, but still came out very good, with a rich mushroom flavor.11y
suziecue ,Very juicy & yummy. Quick & easy. Even the picky eaters in our family loved it! Keeper11y
angelanath ,I love good ole pork chops and I remember my grandmum and mum make it on Sundays after church...this was the best part of the weekend..11y
leenie2001 ,This was very tasty and the gravy was really good. I used 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1 can of cream of chicken with 1 can of milk. While its cooking it thins out but once it cools the sauce gets really thick which I love. We poured the sauce over cauliflower mmmmm. I wasn't sure what sort of chop he used, I guess with the lengthy cooking time (oven not crock pot) they are on the bone and thick. I used boneless chops about 1" thick and cooked it 1 hour, oooops yeah, it was to long, next time maybe 40 minutes (or less). But I have to say even though they were over cooked they were tender enough to eat. Hubby loved it and agreed that it needs to be cooked less. I will make this again.11y
quinnh ,Whole family enjoyed this, did not have the mustard so used Paula Dean's steak seasoning and added garlic pepper and chopped onions. No leftovers is always a good sign!12y
lilbearjazz ,Made this last night and I was a bit disappointed. The sauce was pretty bland for our tastes. I thought this might be case when I was preparing it, but decided to go by the exact recipe. Next time, I will definitely add some fresh garlic and ground pepper to the soup mixture. I will also add all of the spices that I added to the flour mix to the soup mix as well. I will only add a LITTLE bit of the leftover flour mixture next time. Adding the whole thing was way too much and the taste of flour overpowered the dish.12y
jeremyc.motte ,It was just a tad salty which I will just leave the salt out next time but other than that Wonderful!12y
kathfin ,easy to make. pork was very tender. family thought it was just ok. way too saucy for us. but again it was so easy.12y
shannonlittrell ,Could have been made using only one can of soup. I omitted the mushrooms (my fam doesn't eat them).... I thought it had a little too much sauce. My family LOVED it anyway. Served with roasted red potatoes and lima beans. I was a superstar!12y
jamiellang1960 ,I made these and my family just loved it. The sauce made an awesome gravy for mashed potatoes. Definitely will cook this again.12y
mandymarie ,Amazing! I can't stand dry pork chops and these were easy and super juicy! This recipe is going to my mother, so my dad doesn't have to eat hockey pucks anymore!12y
pparrot ,I cut out one of the cans of cream of chicken because I only had 4 pork chops and I baked this in the oven. The chops were nice and tender. It was super easy and my kids loved the gravy. I am only giving it 3 stars because my husband complained that the gravy was too salty. I will omit the salt and use low sodium soup next time but this is definitely a repeat. Was delicious with mashed potatoes and corn. Heated well for lunch the next day.12y
