The perfect treat for a cold winter evening, or a pick me up after a day of playing in the snow.
Mix sugar, cocoa, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt in saucepan. Stir in water. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils. Boil and stir for 2 minutes. Stir in milk and heat. Do not boil. Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Serve with cinnamon sticks.
Also delicious garnished with whipped cream, or with marshmallows!
