4 cupsWheat Chex
4 cupsCheerios
3 cupspretzel sticks
1 12-oz cansalted peanuts
1/4 cupbutter or margarine; melted
2 tbspgrated Parmesan cheese; (up to 3 tbsp)
1 teaspoonCelery salt
1/2 tspseasoned salt; (up to 3/4)

Slow Cooker Chex Mix Preparation

In a 5-qt. slow cooker, combine cereals, pretzels and peanuts. Combine butter, Parmesan cheese, celery salt and seasoned salt, drizzle over cereal mixture and mix well. Cover and cook on low for up to 3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.

This was a cool idea and pretty good tasting. I cooked it for less time because I have a bigger slow cooker. I'll be making this regular.

This was rather easy to make. However, I didn't understand what warming the pretzels and chex mix did. There really wasn't any flavor & I definitely won't make this again.
