Penne Pasta with Lemon Sauce
I had a similar dish recently at a German restaurant in Dresden. This is my version of that dish. It's creamy with a great light lemon flavor and is excellent topped with grilled salmon."we added diced sauteed chicken breast and mushrooms, and left out the zest. It wasn't very lemony due to the zest not being added, but it was still absolutely delicious and we'd make it the same way again next time. a simple creamy penne dish that tasted great.
I advise you eat as much as you can the first night though it doesn't make good left overs, the sauce turns into an oil when you heat it up again and loses it's cream." - meltxlx
