Prepare pasta with bag directions. Saute sliced sausage, garlic and onion in oil. Add flour and blend until smooth. Add soup, milk and parmesan cheese. Heat until thickens. Stirring frequently. Add water if needed to thin sauce. Mix pasta, sauce and brocolli in a cassorle dish. Bake covered at 325 for 1 hour.
