Preheat oven to 400 F. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the dry stuffing mix evenly on bottom of 13x9 inch baking dish ; set aside. Add hot water to remaining stuffing mix; stir just until moistened. Set aside.
Mix soup, sour cream and vetebles; spoon over stuffing mix on bottom of pan. Place chicken over soup mixture. Top with the prepared stuffing. Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through ( 170 F)

cnnb820 4 months agoI went a head and cooked the chicken and shredded it.some of stuffing in the bottom didn't cook all the way.it was salty.so I think next time ill add less stuffing and more chicken.other then that I liked it ok (:
