Easy to Make. Kids Love it!

"Made this one tonight and it was really good! I read the reviews before I made it and made a few adjustments. I have a small family of three but this portion worked out. I used 1cup of rice and 1cup of water, added a can of creamy of celery soup, and seasoned the chicken prior to baking! I also cooked for an hour took the foil off and added the cheese then cooked for another ten minutes.....Perfect! Everyone liked it and will make again." - ericacharest

  • Instead of garlic powder I used hot wing seasoning, threw in some tapatio and a red bell pepper. It was a little spicy but so good! Easy too! photo by Victorigrl Victorigrl

Winner! Family loved this recipe! Great alongside broccoli. Used 13x9 baking dish, onion soup mix for onion powder, and sliced 3 chicken breasts into tenders. Adding this one to the regular rotation!

It was ok. Daughter loved it but dad and I thought it needed more flavor.

It was super easy and quick. I added tony chachere and the pepper and used Italian shredded cheese and I used skinless thighs. Will be using this recipe again

I've seen this before, it does need a kick, so I add a packet of onion soup mix. Sooo yummy.

A quick, easy, basic dish. I took the advice and used chicken broth instead of water and threw in a packet of ranch dressing mix. I also used chicken tenders instead of whole breasts and it was very tender and juicy. Next time, I will cook the rice for a bit before mixing it with the other ingredients, as it wasn't completely cooked when the dish came out.

I keep improving on this recipe and this last time it turned out amazing!!!! So I boil my chicken first, when that's done I let it cool... Then I mix the cream of chicken, a packet of ranch dressing, with chicken broth instead of water, and I used the knorr 7 minute rices with seasoning.... I also mixed in a cup full of cheese. Cut up my chicken into pieces and added!!! Mix it all together put cheese on top and bake!!!!
