craftyhobbyhouse , 7 months agoI've made this twice now, and it's very good! Chicken is moist and rice has some decent flavor! Definitely a good "what do I do with these defrosted chicken breasts" kind of meal! I used cream of chicken and cream of celery, both are good. I also seasoned the chicken breasts separately before adding to rice, added some frozen peas and corn and once I removed the foil and added the cheese, I stuck it back in the oven for 5 minutes on high broil to get crispy cheesy taste. Great versatile recipe (I've used pepper jack cheese and mexican blend cheese- both different and both very good).
susieq_64 , 7 months agoI just made this for supper and we all really liked it. I did add garlic powder & cayenne pepper for flavor. I also added frozen corn for a bit of color. This is a keeper.

alexkp , 7 months agoThis was yummy! I added some things because of other reviews. Instead of water I used chicken broth, I also mixed chicken gravy mix in the rice, I seasoned both the rice and chicken with oregano, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper and it was very flavorful. My husband and I fought for the leftovers. Super easy, we will be making this again!

sharonlynch , 7 months agoA solid base which can be easily customized. I added peppers and tomato to make it a tortilla filling! Family loved it!

erikaboyd , 9 months agoI have a family of 8 so I have to double up on ingredients. I added spinach as my vegetable and Worcestershire sauce. We loved it, it taste healthy.
