The best pork chops in the world
Take a large skillet and put the oil and butter into it. Heat on medium til butter is melted. Put the eggs into a bowl and beat til their mixed. Put the flour into a diffrent bowl. Set those aside.
Tear off a large piece of plastic wrap, place it on the counter flat. Place the pork chop on the plastic wrap and cover the pork chop with the remaining plastic wrap. Take a metal meat tenderizer and pound the pork chop til it is flattened. Then take the pork chop and roll it in the eggs, then roll the pork chop in the flour, coating both sides.
Then place the pork chop into the frying pan. Sprinkle with pepper and bread crumbs on the top of the pork chop. Cook for 2 mins on one side then flip the pork chop over and sprinkle the other side with bread crumbs. Cook for an additional 4 mins or until done.
Repeat with additional pork chops. Once you have them all in the frying pan, fits about 3, cover them up while cooking with the pan lid.
