1 12-oz canArtichokes; - buttons
1 16-oz canArtichoke hearts; - drained
16 ouncesSpinach; - thawed
1 1/2 cupsParmesan Cheese; - grated
2 cupMayonnaise
8 ouncesSharp White Cheddar Cheese

Spinach and Artichoke Dip with Zip Preparation

Pre heat oven to 350. Place all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Place in covered baking dish. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until mixture is heated through. Serve warm or chill in refrigerator first.

Notes

I prefer to blend the dip until smooth. If you prefer a more course texture use the "Pulse" setting on the food processor.
