Original recipe makes 4
3 wholeEggs; whisked
1 1/4 cupsLow Fat Milk
1 wholeOnion; finely chopped
1 cupCheese; grated
1/2 cupSelf Rising Flour
2 whole rashesBacon; chopped
1/4 cupCorn kernels
1 pinchSalt; to taste
1 pinchPepper; to taste
4 Asparagus; chopped
3 wholeSun-dried tomatoes; chopped

Bacon Asparagus Quiche Preparation

1. Quick whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.

2. Add onion, cheese, flour, corn, asparagus, bacon and sun dried tomatoes, give another quick mix with wooden spoon.

3. Pour into greased quiche dish.

4. Bake in moderate oven for 45 minutes.

Notes

Love it, quick to make, then wait. Great Friday night dinner, serve with side salad.
