3 cupsEgg noodles; uncooked
1 tablespoonButter
1/4 cupOnion; chopped
1/2 cupCelery; chopped
1 eachChicken Breast; (13-oz can)
1/2 cupMayonnaise
1/4 cupPotato chips; crushed
1 canCream of mushroom soup

Geri's Quick Chicken Cassrole Preparation

Cook pasta noodles as per directions on package.

Meanwhile place butter, onion and celery in 3-qt. glass covered casserole. Microwave about 3 minutes on HIGH, or until partly cooked.

Drain and flake chicken. Stir in remaining ingredients (except potato chips). Microwave about 8 minutes on medium high setting (70% - 80%) or until heated through (about 150F). Let stand covered for 5 minutes. Sprinkle top with crushed potato chips before serving.

NOTE: You may substitute tuna, turkey, chopped ham, pork, beef or any other meat for a different taste.

Since none of my family likes mayonaise - I substituted plain yogurt - the recipe was easy as said - but it needs more spices or something to make it more palitable
