Marinated Steak Preparation
1. Combine the ginger, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar and tomato sauce, in a glass dish.
2. Add the steaks and marinate for 20-30 minutes, if time permits
3. Cook on BBQ grill or health grill & add vegetables or salad for a light
