Original recipe makes 10
| 1 20-oz canPineapple chunks; drained, reserve juice |
| 2 largeBananas; firm, cut into 1/4 " chunks |
| 1 cupGreen grapes |
| 1 15-oz canMandarin Oranges; drained |
| 1 Golden Delicious Apple; sliced |
| 1 Red Apple; sliced |
| 1/2 cSugar |
| 2 tbCornstarch |
| 1/3 cOrange juice |
| 1 tbLemon juice |
Easy Fruit Salad Preparation
Combine the pineapple chunks, bananas, grapes, oranges and apples in a large bowl; set aside. In a saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch. Add the orange juice, lemon juice and reserved pineapple juice: stir until smooth. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Pour over fruit; mix gently. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
