Original recipe makes 10
1 20-oz canPineapple chunks; drained, reserve juice
2 largeBananas; firm, cut into 1/4 " chunks
1 cupGreen grapes
1 15-oz canMandarin Oranges; drained
1 Golden Delicious Apple; sliced
1 Red Apple; sliced
1/2 cSugar
2 tbCornstarch
1/3 cOrange juice
1 tbLemon juice

Easy Fruit Salad Preparation

Combine the pineapple chunks, bananas, grapes, oranges and apples in a large bowl; set aside. In a saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch. Add the orange juice, lemon juice and reserved pineapple juice: stir until smooth. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Pour over fruit; mix gently. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
